We don’t bolt AI onto chaos: that just makes chaos faster. First your operations become a system with visible numbers; only then do agents take over the parts that eat your time.
Pay Per DOT: a free driver application with the consent built in
Problem
Small carriers must get a driver’s written consent before pulling MVR or PSP. Most still do it on paper, applications arrive as photos of forms, and applicants get lost in chats.
Built
A self-serve §391.21 application page a carrier sets up from its USDOT or MC number: FMCSA data pulled in, logo and colours, FCRA and PSP consent e-signed, CDL read from the barcode, a cabinet with every applicant and a signed PDF. Company control is proven by a phone code to the number FMCSA has on file.
Result
Live in production with a paying carrier. A new carrier goes from USDOT number to a shareable application link in minutes, without a developer or a sales call.
AI voice agent that calls the customer base before every delivery run
Problem
Deliveries run once a month per route. Customers forget to order in time, and no manager can personally call hundreds of people before every run.
Built
A phone agent that speaks naturally in the customers’ own language, works the same script as the company’s best manager (trained on 32 real sales calls), tells each customer about the current promo and order deadline, and sends them to the website to order.
Result
A full route’s call list handled in one evening, conversations, objections and all, with the promo-plus-deadline pitch delivered the same way on every call.
One agent runs the whole shop: from product photos to P&L
Problem
A product shop is a dozen jobs in one: shoot photos, write listings, cut videos, post across marketplaces, sync stock, track what actually makes money. The owner was doing all of it by hand.
Built
An end-to-end pipeline built from reusable skills and prompts. An AI photo critic checks every shot before it goes live, listings write themselves, each card gets its own short product video, and everything ships to Etsy, eBay and Pinterest. Stock stays in sync across marketplaces, a Notion hub works as the CRM, and once a week a digest lands in Telegram with the P&L and plain calls like “replace these three listings”.
Result
The shop operates on autopilot and the owner decides from one weekly digest. Because the pipeline is skills and prompts, the same system drops onto any other product shop.
A tutor needed an app for students, but native apps mean two codebases, app-store friction and real money before the first lesson is ever booked.
Built
A Telegram Mini App that lives inside the messenger students already use: lessons, materials and communication in one tap, no installs and no app stores.
Result
Feels like a real app, costs a fraction of one, and ships in weeks instead of months.

10 years running sales and operations: a sneaker brand, logistics, e-commerce. Now I ship software the same way I ran teams, managing AI agents instead of people. The engineering gap? Agents closed it. The business judgment stayed.
A 30-minute call about your business, not about AI
01We go through how your business actually runs today.
02We find the growth points: where hours and revenue are leaking.
03You leave with a step-by-step plan for bringing AI tools into your work.
An AI agent is software that does a job, not just answers questions: it can call your customers, answer the phone, write product listings, watch your numbers and send you a summary, or follow up with leads. Unlike a chatbot widget, an agent plugs into your real tools (phone, CRM, online store, email) and completes tasks end to end.
What can AI agents actually do for a small business?+
The most common wins: calling or texting your customer base before a promo, answering inbound calls and booking appointments, generating and updating product listings, syncing inventory, sending a daily or weekly digest of your numbers, and following up with every lead so none go cold. If a task is repetitive and lives in software, an agent can usually take it over.
How much does it cost?+
It depends on what the agent has to do and which systems it plugs into. Every project starts with a free audit: you get a short plan with a fixed quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises. A first working agent is priced as a one-time project; ongoing “digital employee” support is a monthly subscription.
Do you just add AI on top of how we work now?+
No. Automating chaos only makes chaos faster. We start by mapping how your business actually runs and setting up a simple system of numbers: what comes in, what goes out, where time is lost. Once you can see the business clearly, agents automate the parts that eat the most time, and you can tell, in numbers, whether they are working.
How long does it take?+
The first working version usually ships in one to two weeks, not months. We start with the task that saves the most hours, get it running on your real data, then expand.
Do I need to change the tools I already use?+
No. Agents are built to plug into what you already run: Shopify, your CRM, your phone number, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Telegram or WhatsApp. The goal is to remove work, not to force a migration.
Does the agent tell people it is AI?+
Yes. Any agent that talks to your customers identifies itself as an assistant at the start of the conversation, and it hands off to a human whenever someone asks for one. We never pass an agent off as a person: it is the honest thing to do, and in the US it is also what the rules around automated calls expect. You decide the exact wording it uses.
What happens when the agent gets something wrong?+
It will, sometimes, so we build for that from the start. Agents get a narrow job and clear limits: they do not send money, delete records, or promise a price on their own. Anything that cannot be undone waits for a human. Every conversation and action is logged, so when something looks off we can see exactly what happened and fix the instructions. During the first weeks I watch the logs with you and tune it.
What happens to my business data?+
Your data stays in your systems: your CRM, your store, your accounting. The agent connects with your keys and reads what it needs to do the job, and we prefer read-only access wherever a task allows it. Business data sent to the AI model is not used to train it, and we do not sell or share it. You can revoke access at any time and the agent stops.
What is the AI audit?+
It starts with a one-minute quiz about your business: five taps plus your email. Within one business day you get a personal plan: the three places where an AI agent would save you the most hours or recover the most revenue, and what each would roughly cost. Then, if you want, we get on a 30-minute call: we go through how your business runs, find the growth points, and turn the plan into step-by-step actions. No obligation at any step.
