Who we are

Peeledlab is an AI agents and automation studio based in Chicago, run by Sergey Kolyada. This policy explains what information we collect on https://peeledlab.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions are welcome at peeledlab@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us. The contact form and the free AI audit quiz ask for your name, email address, and details about your business so we can prepare a useful answer. The site also uses privacy-friendly analytics (page views and basic device data) to understand what content works. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not buy data about you from anyone.

How we use it

We use your contact details to reply to your request, prepare your audit plan, and discuss work you asked about. If you agree to hear from us, we may also send occasional emails with practical automation ideas and studio updates. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, and opting out takes one click. We never sell or rent your personal information.

Who else sees it

A few service providers process data on our behalf: website hosting and analytics (Vercel), transactional email delivery for form responses (Resend), and email marketing delivery (Twilio SendGrid). Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job and handles the data under its own privacy terms.

Driver applications (Peeledlab)

When you complete a driver application through Peeledlab, you provide information required by 49 CFR §391.21 — including your name, date of birth, Social Security number, address history, commercial driver's licence details, employment history, and your authorizations for a background check (FCRA), a Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) report, and employment verification. You also e-sign these authorizations.

Who receives it. Your completed application is delivered to the carrier you applied to. Peeledlab also retains a copy so that we can re-send your application if a carrier loses it or asks us to, verify your submission, and — where you are looking for work — match your driver profile with other carriers hiring for the kind of role you applied for.

We do not sell your Social Security number or licence images. We use your data to operate the hiring service described above and to run the background checks you authorized. We keep your application on file for up to 24 months.

Your control. You can ask us at any time what we hold, correct it, or have your application deleted from our systems. Write to peeledlab@gmail.com.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and form submissions for as long as we may work together or as required for basic record keeping. If you want your data deleted sooner, email us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing from emails does not require a reason. Write to peeledlab@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. The current version always lives at https://peeledlab.com/privacy.
