Who we are

Peeledlab is an AI agents and automation studio based in Chicago, run by Sergey Kolyada. This policy explains what information we collect on https://peeledlab.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions are welcome at hello@peeledlab.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, and optionally a phone number. The free AI audit asks how your business runs. Your individual answers stay in your browser; only your progress through the audit and your overall score reach our analytics. Your answers reach us only if you send the form after your result, so we can prepare a useful answer. The site also uses analytics (page views, which buttons are clicked, quiz steps, and basic device data) to understand what content works. We do not buy data about you from anyone.

Cookies and advertising

On your first visit a cookie banner asks for your choice. Choose Decline there, or later under Cookie settings at the bottom of any page, and Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel stop using cookies. For visitors in the EU, the UK and Switzerland they are off until you accept; elsewhere they are on until you decline. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a Decline.

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To see whether those ads work, this site and the carrier sign-up pages (peeledlab.com/onboard) load the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and reports page views and sign-up events to Meta Platforms, Inc. It never runs on the driver application pages, and no application data (names, licence or Social Security numbers) is ever sent to Meta. You can also opt out of ad tracking in your Facebook ad preferences or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser; the site works the same either way. Under California law, analytics and ad pixels can count as “sharing” data for advertising; Decline in the cookie banner turns that off.

How we use it

We use your contact details to reply to your request, prepare for our call, and discuss work you asked about. When you send a form, we also add you to our occasional email list with practical automation ideas and studio updates. Every one of those emails has a working unsubscribe link, and opting out takes one click. We never sell or rent your personal information. This site is not directed to children under 13.

Who else sees it

A few service providers process data on our behalf: website hosting and analytics (Vercel), website analytics (Google Analytics, which sets cookies), call scheduling (Google Calendar, when you book a time), and email delivery for form responses and our occasional email list (Resend). Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job and handles the data under its own privacy terms.

Driver applications (Peeledlab)

When you complete a driver application through Peeledlab, you provide information required by 49 CFR §391.21 — including your name, date of birth, Social Security number, address history, commercial driver's licence details, employment history, and your authorizations for a background check (FCRA), a Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) report, and employment verification. You also e-sign these authorizations.

Who receives it. Your completed application is delivered to the carrier you applied to. Peeledlab also retains a copy so that we can re-send your application if that carrier loses it or asks us to, and verify your submission. We do not pass it to other carriers.

We do not sell your data. We do not run background checks, pull MVR, PSP or Clearinghouse reports, or assemble any report about you; the carrier does that on its own accounts, using the authorizations you signed. We use your data only to operate the hiring service described above. We keep your application on file for up to 24 months.

Your control. You can ask us at any time what we hold, correct it, or have your application deleted from our systems. Write to hello@peeledlab.com.

Connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts (Peeledlab Inbox)

Peeledlab Inbox is a messaging tool for businesses. A business owner connects their Facebook Page and the Instagram professional account linked to it through Facebook Login. When you do that, we receive from Meta: your name and Facebook user ID, the name and ID of the Pages you choose to connect, the linked Instagram account name, access tokens for those Pages, and the messages in your Page's Messenger and Instagram Direct conversations, including the sender's name and profile ID.

What we do with it. We show those conversations in your inbox, match each conversation to a contact in your own CRM account (for example Pipedrive), copy the conversation text into that CRM record, and send the replies your team writes. We use data received from Meta only to provide this service to you, in line with the Meta Platform Terms. We never post on your behalf, never send messages you did not ask for, and never sell or share this data with advertisers or other businesses.

Where it lives. Access tokens and the connection record are stored on our servers in the United States, encrypted at rest and readable only by Peeledlab staff who operate the service. Each client's data is kept separately from other clients. Message text is read live from Meta and copied into your CRM; we do not keep a separate long-term copy of your messages.

How to disconnect and delete. Open peeledlab.com/connect/meta and press "Disconnect and delete my data": this revokes the app's access in Facebook and deletes the tokens and the connection record within minutes. You can also remove the app in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites, or send a deletion request through Facebook; both trigger the same deletion automatically. Or email hello@peeledlab.com and we will confirm deletion within 7 days. Conversations already copied into your CRM stay under your control in that CRM.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and form submissions for as long as we may work together or as required for basic record keeping. If you want your data deleted sooner, email us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing from emails does not require a reason. Write to hello@peeledlab.com and we will sort it out.
