Problem
Small carriers must get a driver’s written consent before pulling MVR or PSP. Most still do it on paper, applications arrive as photos of forms, and applicants get lost in chats.
Built
A self-serve §391.21 application page a carrier sets up from its USDOT or MC number: FMCSA data pulled in, logo and colors, FCRA and PSP consent e-signed, CDL read from the barcode, a cabinet with every applicant and a signed PDF. Company control is proven by a phone code to the number FMCSA has on file.
Result
Live in production with a paying carrier. A new carrier goes from USDOT number to a shareable application link in minutes, without a developer or a sales call.

Problem
Drivers go to whoever calls back first. A small carrier’s recruiter can’t phone every applicant at 9pm or answer the same pay and home-time questions fifty times a week.
Built
A voice agent that calls new applicants in English or Spanish, answers from the owner’s own answers about pay, routes and home time, qualifies the driver and books a callback. Every call lands in the owner’s cabinet with a summary, and any question it couldn’t answer goes back to the owner once.
Goal
Every applicant hears back while they’re still interested; the owner reads call summaries instead of making first calls.

Problem
Deliveries run once a month per route. Customers forget to order in time, and no manager can personally call hundreds of people before every run.
Built
A phone agent that speaks naturally in the customers’ own language, works the same script as the company’s best manager (trained on 32 real sales calls), tells each customer about the current promo and order deadline, and sends them to the website to order.
Result
A full route’s call list handled in one evening, conversations, objections and all, with the promo-plus-deadline pitch delivered the same way on every call.

One agent runs the whole shop: from product photos to P&L

Problem
A product shop is a dozen jobs in one: shoot photos, write listings, cut videos, post across marketplaces, sync stock, track what actually makes money. The owner was doing all of it by hand.
Built
An end-to-end pipeline built from reusable skills and prompts. An AI photo critic checks every shot before it goes live, listings write themselves, each card gets its own short product video, and everything ships to Etsy, eBay and Pinterest. Stock stays in sync across marketplaces, a Notion hub works as the CRM, and once a week a digest lands in Telegram with the P&L and plain calls like “replace these three listings”.
Result
The shop operates on autopilot and the owner decides from one weekly digest. Because the pipeline is skills and prompts, the same system drops onto any other product shop.
